The Interagency Arctic Research Policy Committee (IARPC) is seeking a
Project Coordinator and Web Manager. IARPC aims to coordinate
Federally-funded research in the Arctic and develop meaningful
collaborations with external partners. Over the past two years, IARPC
has grown from a small interagency committee to an active body with 12
Collaboration Teams across the spectrum of Arctic research.
Collaboration Teams are bringing together researchers within and outside
the Federal government to engage in dynamic disciplinary and
interdisciplinary activities. An energetic and enthusiastic Project
Coordinator and Web Manager is sought to manage a new IARPC web-based
coordination site as well as work with collaboration teams to further
engage in collaborative efforts, especially with external partners.
Applications will require:
- A one-page cover letter;
- A resume, which should include any weblinks that demonstrate past
work developing web content;
- Two professional references; and
- A writing sample (2-5 pages); it does not have to be specific to
Arctic research, but should demonstrate an ability to communicate
succinctly about a project or topic to a broad audience.
