The ARCUS 20th Annual Meeting and Arctic Forum 2008, being held at the
National Association of Home Builders Conference Center in downtown
Washington, D.C., is being broadcast live via webstream. The focus of
the Arctic Forum this year is: "Tipping Points-The Arctic and Global
Change."
The meeting is currently taking place from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EDT
and is being broadcast live during these times. All talks will be
video-streamed with an online bulletin board so that those unable to
attend in person can participate virtually. In order to view the live
webcast, you will need:
-A high speed Internet connection with a minimum speed of 256 kbps
-A browser with Quicktime 7 support (http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download).
The meeting will also be webcast tomorrow, Thursday, 15 May 2008 from
8:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
