The North Pacific Research Board is seeking comments on its draft
research priorities for 2003 and a research and development plan for the
State of Alaska. Please go to the Board's web site at
http://www.nprb.org, and under the "Spotlight" section, go to the item
on research for 2003. The Board will review all comments on October
30-31. It will approve the 2003 RFP to be released on November 8. Your
input on the research priorities and the R&D plan would be most
appreciated.

NPRB also is requesting nominations for membership on its Science Panel.
The Board will approve memberships at its meeting on October 30-31. If
you are interested in nominating yourself, please visit our web site and
follow the pathway to science panel as shown under the "Spotlight"
section.
