Dear Colleague:
The National Science Foundation (NSF) will award approximately 900 new
three-year graduate fellowships in the spring of 2000. Individuals who are
citizens or nationals of the United States or permanent resident aliens of
the United States may apply.
Fellowships are awarded for graduate study leading to research-based
master's or doctoral degrees in the fields of science, mathematics, and
engineering supported by NSF.
In general, individuals may apply during their senior year of college or
in the first year of graduate school.
Applications are due November 4, 1999.
