The Center for Arctic Policy Studies (CAPS) at the University of Alaska Fairbanks invites registration for their webinar entitled, Understanding the Arctic: The Future of China/Alaska Cooperation. This webinar will be held today, 20 April 2020 at 2:00 p.m. AKDT via Zoom.
In a 30-minute presentation, followed by a question and discussion, Dr. Qingchao Xu (Chinese Academy of Sciences) and Liz Bowman (University of Alaska Fairbanks) discuss their recent jointly-authored CAPS report on China in the Arctic, with a specific focus on interpreting the possibilities for future China/Alaska relationships in the Arctic.
